Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
Confirmed Booking has the meaning given in clause 2;
Cruvino means Cruvino Experiences Pty Ltd;
Experience means the wine tour experience and associated services provided by Cruvino, which includes transportation throughout the wine tour experience;
Full Refund means 100% of the amount paid by the Guest for the Experience;
Guest means the person (or persons, if more than one) responsible for booking the Experience and, where the context permits, means the persons participating in the Experience;
Itinerary means the personalised tour schedule, including cellar door stops, transport, and host services, designed by Cruvino for the Guest;
Non-Refundable Fee means $300 (GST inclusive);
Partial Refund means 80% of the amount paid by the Guest for the Experience; and
Reservation means an expression of interest submitted by a Guest via the Cruvino booking system.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (if applicable).
2. Booking an Experience
A booking is confirmed when:
Cruvino has issued an Itinerary to the Guest and the Guest has approved the Itinerary; and
Cruvino receives full payment for the booking,
(Confirmed Booking). A reservation submitted through the Cruvino booking system constitutes an expression of interest only and is not a Confirmed Booking.
3. Cancellations, Refunds and Modifications
3.1 Cancellations by the Guest
A Guest may cancel an Experience by emailing Cruvino at experiences@cruvino.com.au. The cancellation date is the date and time Cruvino receives written notice of the cancellation. If a Guest cancels the Experience:
(>14 days) more than 14 days before the date of the Experience, the Guest will be entitled to a Full Refund less the
Non-Refundable Fee;(7-14 days) less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the date of the Experience, the Guest will be entitled to a Partial Refund; or
(<7 days) less than 7 days before the date of the Experience, the Guest will not be entitled to a refund.
3.2 Cancellations by Cruvino
If Cruvino cancels an Experience due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances out of Cruvino’s immediate control (including but not limited to severe weather, winery closures or cancellations by a third party):
Guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost; and
the Guest releases Cruvino from any loss or damage suffered as a result of the cancellation (including any consequential loss).
3.3 Modifications by Cruvino
Cruvino reserves the right to modify an Itinerary where a participating winery becomes unavailable. A suitable alternative stop will be offered where possible.
4. Code of Conduct
Guests must behave responsibly and respectfully toward other Guests, Cruvino staff, and winery personnel at all times.
Cruvino has a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, disruptive, or heavily intoxicated behaviour. Any Guest exhibiting such behaviour may be immediately removed from the Experience, and will not be entitled to a refund.
Wineries may refuse service and entry to any Guest. Cruvino accepts no liability for any such refusal.
Alcohol must not be consumed inside Cruvino’s transport vehicles.
5. Responsible Service of Alcohol
All Guests must be 18 years of age or older to consume alcohol during the Experience.
Service of alcohol may be refused to any Guest who appears unduly intoxicated.
Cruvino is not liable for any illness, injury, or consequence arising from alcohol consumption during the Experience.
6. Liability & Responsibility
Participation in an Experience is at each Guest’s own risk. Each Guest acknowledges that Guests should have appropriate personal travel and medical insurance.
Cruvino is not liable to a Guest or any third party for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including traffic, winery closures or weather events.
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause during an Experience.
The Guest that made the Confirmed Booking accepts responsibility on behalf of all Guests in their group.
7. Health & Medical
Guests should disclose to Cruvino prior to the Experience any pre-existing medical condition that may reasonably affect their participation.
Cruvino accepts no liability for any injury or health event arising from a pre-existing condition not disclosed prior to the Experience.
8. Privacy
Cruvino collects and handles Guest personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available here.
By making a booking, Guests consent to Cruvino using their contact details to communicate booking confirmations, updates, and promotional content. Guests may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from a booking with Cruvino will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
